1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 199jili ("199jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 199jili website located at 199jili.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

199jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination. The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced — any player found to be underage will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 199jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 199jili login credentials, including your username and password. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 199jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 199jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 199jili content without prior written consent from 199jili.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 199jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

199jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 199jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

199jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.

You may close your 199jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

199jili operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

199jili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the 199jili Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
